Get Well Soon! Scrapbooking in Melbourne, Florida

Happy hangover!  Ha.  I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your friends and family.

Here's a little Get Well wish for a friend who's caught the bug.

Just purchase a "Cup of Soup" microwaveable instant soup bowl.  Wrap it with your favorite paper - I used three of six patterns in CTMH's "Caboodle" collection, which will be available January 1!

The cute little monster is from "Monster Medical", a set of adorable little buggy stamps from Artful Inkables.  Isn't he a cutie bug?

I cut a couple of circles to adhere to the top, attaching the tag and the "flower" to the circle.

Now, when I was a kid, my mom taught me to make a great "bow" with tissue paper!  Have you tried this?  Take a tissue (Kleenex) and fold it in 1" accordion folds.  Cut it in half; otherwise your bow will be ten inches wide!

Cinch the center of the folded tissue with a piece of hemp or something of the sort.  Now "fluff out" the tissue by gently separating the layers (take it easy - they don't make tissues like they used to!).  Voila - a cute little bow to decorate your project!

Enjoy your week and take some time for crafting!

Thanks for stopping by,

Deb
